Cancellation and Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours along with an valid reason.
The deadline for canceling any order is 24 hours from the date and time you purchased any services from Prayan Media Network.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement with a valid reason.

We will reimburse you no later than 90 days from the day on which we receive cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the service.
Conditions for Refund:
In order for the services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
You informed us about the cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase.
You will have to write a valid reason.
The following services cannot be refunded:
Once the release has been published or we have start the work and the work is in progress then you won't be eligible for the refund.
If you inform us even a minute later of 24 hours, you won't be eligible for the refund.
If you have choose any package below worth INR 24,900, you won't be eligible for any refund.
We reserve the right to refuse refund of any service that does not meet our criteria of writing press release.
Service Cancellation
You are responsible for the wrongly published article once you confirm before we publish it. You should send the Press Release or the News you want to get it covered to the following address/email address:

We cannot be held responsible for unpublished work due to delay in response from the client. Therefore, we recommend you to kindly share the correct press release and on time. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the service.
